Built in 2 phases over 1987 and 1988 the bay side building was first followed a year later by the pool side building.

Peter, as the architect and builder, was the first resident and is still a homeowner and resident on the property. In fact, Peter’s involvement in the project has fostered a deep sense of pride and belonging among the residents.

The community is comprised of two main buildings, each containing four beautifully designed homes that provide ample space and comfort for their residents. The private lanai of each home offers beautiful views, whether it be or our luxurious private swimming pool our well-maintained tennis court, or the stunning bay that is accompanied by our very own private dock. These scenic vistas ensure that every moment spent at Lemon BayView Villas feels like a vacation.

Of the 8 units only 2 are regularly available for rent, most owners do not intend their LBVV homes to be income generating. This philosophy contributes to a serene living environment where neighbors know each other well. As a result our community is very close knit and supportive of all our owners, where our weekly gatherings continue to  strengthen these bonds.
